Enjoy this beach front resort property for the perfect vacation experience. Don't go all the way to the ocean only to stay back off the beach. Stay right on the beach front and enjoy your morning expresso while taking in the spectacular view on the spacious terrace. Spend the day on the sand basking in the sun and end it with breathtaking sunsets from the main living room.

This 3000 square foot oceanfront home sits on a perch directly on the beach with 200 degrees of spectacular views. Upstairs has two spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and a huge greatroom with expansive views. The downstairs suite has a bedroom with a view of the surf, a den (with a sleeper-couch), a kitchenette and a bathroom with a marble shower.

Private tennis courts, a private beach and a beach front recreational complex (swimming pool, hot tub, games etc...) are at your disposal within the walls of the resort.

A team of full-time groundskeepers display their pride with garden areas of flowers and bougainvillea that spill over flagstone paths leading to the ocean. Be captivated by the abundant sealife and the seasonal appearance of schools of dolphin, migrating whales, as well as hundreds of pelicans and seagulls ("gaviotas"). March thru October & Holidays (incl Memorial, Labor, Pres, Bike Race Weekends etc...) $495 - Minimum 4 night stay* **
Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving, Easter, Independance Day, Summer Months Minimum 1 week stay*
November thru February  
                                 - Thursday thru Sunday nights $395 - Minimum 4 night stay*
                                 - Monday thru Wednesday nights $295 - Minimum 2 night stay

 If Property is still available 2 weeks out then minimums are relaxed (2 nights) and special may apply

 Reservations for summer vacation months (Memorial thru Sept) require full week rental until three weeks prior to requested date
(at which time the above minimums apply)
