Villa Lagniappe (pronounce lan-yap) is in the riviera style resort of Club
Marena, 10KM south of Rosarito Beach, on Northern Baja's Gold Coast. Fall
asleep to the sound of the ocean in a luxurious King-sized Master bedroom.
This villa includes over 2000 square feet of space featuring patios, living
area and an enclosed 1 car garage and sleeps a maximum of 7 guests. The
oceanfront master bedroom and 2nd bedroom are located on the upper floor.
A 3rd bedroom and private bath are located on a rear patio for added privacy.
Enjoy surfing and boogie boarding at the "World Class" K38 point
break with private access from the Villa. Shared
tennis courts, pool and hot tub are located just steps away from your oceanfront
patio. Fabulous shopping, full service spas, and sightseeing abound in the
area. Ruta de Vino (Mexican Wine Country) is located just 35 minutes south
on Route 3. Heritage festivals, gourmet restaurants, and charter fishing
tours are located 40 minutes south in Ensenada.
